Thank you to Gawler Cancer Council SA volunteers who donated cakes, to Trinity College for handmaking and donating all of the hot food, and to the students from Indie College who generously volunteered their time to help serve everybody throughout the day. We had the pleasure of hosting the Harness Racing Horse of the Year Awards in the Terrace Function Centre! 🏇✨
Guests were treated to a delicious three-course menu featuring:
🍽️ Entrée • Salt & Pepper Squid served with citrus aioli • Mushroom & White Wine Arancini served with a tomato & basil pesto cream
🥩 Main Course • Porterhouse Steak cooked medium, served with baby potatoes, broccoli and a rich port wine jus • Grilled Chicken Breast with sweet potato purée and green beans, finished with a basil pesto cream sauce
🍰 Dessert • Raspberry Cheesecake with mixed wild berries and Persian fairy floss • Sticky Date Pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream

Despite the wet weather, Narelle and Ian's special day was filled with love, laughter and celebration. 💕
With a change of plans due to the weather, the ceremony was held undercover in the Pavilion before guests moved into the Galilee Room to celebrate the newlyweds.
A special performance by Mudra Dance Academy was a highlight of the evening and made the celebration even more memorable.
