Ticket Giveaway Competition - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: This competition is open to all residents aged 18 and over.
2. How to Enter: Participants must follow the instructions outlined in the competition post. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be removed.
3. Competition Period: The competition starts on 30/09/2025 and ends 08/10/2025 at 11:59pm. Any entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
4. Prize: The prize consists of two double passes for five winners to the Finish Line Lounge at the 2025 Holdfast Insurance Brokers Gawler Cup on Friday 24th October 2025. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection: The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place on 10th October 2025. The decision of Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club is final.
6. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email within 3 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 4 days, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club to announce their name publicly if they win.
8. Personal Data: Any personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed as set out in Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club 's Privacy Policy.
9. Liability: Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club.
