TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club provide access and use of the stable facilities with running water and lighting. There will be a fee of $15 per box per day. This fee will cover the Club’s costs to prepare the box. Should applications exceed the number of available boxes the Club will notify the applicant as soon as possible and refund the fee.

Trainers will need to supply water bucket/s, feed bucket/s, feed, and any other equipment that may be required.

Conditions of use:

• Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club will not be responsible for any injury to a horse that takes place in the stable complex.
• No employee or industry participant will be permitted to sleep within this facility.
• The stable facility will be locked at all times, and only approved trainers and their staff will have access to the complex.
• Trainers will need to remove all rubbish and place all waste including manure into the bins provided by the Club.
• Should the site not be left in the same condition as it was provided, an additional cleaning fee may be applicable.
• Failure to comply with Club directions may result in the matter being referred to Racing South Australia and also result in future applications not being granted.
